Malte Barsch
Lawyer for residence, corporate and commercial criminal law Specialist lawyer for migration law Certified consultant for criminal tax law (FernUniversität Hagen) Mr. Barsch studied law at the University of Potsdam and Mandarin at Renmin University in Beijing, where he also attended selected law courses. He completed his legal clerkship at the Potsdam District Court. After various working stays in Germany and China, Mr. Barsch started his own law firm in 2015. He passionately advises on the topics of residence, corporate and white collar criminal law. His activities on criminal tax law and food law deserve special attention. With foresight, Mr. Barsch points out legal and economic risks to his clients in their business areas and at the same time points out solutions so that they can concentrate fully on their business. Mr. Barsch speaks German, English and Chinese. He is active as a lecturer in continuing legal education. For example, he offers a workshop on "Self-employment of foreigners, application and business plan - procedure for obtaining a residence permit according to § 21 AufenthG" at the German Lawyers Academy for lawyers. Mr. Barsch successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in migration law at the German Lawyers' Academy in September 2018. On 30.07.2020, he was awarded the title of specialist lawyer for migration law by the Berlin Bar Association. Mr. Barsch is a certified consultant for criminal tax law (FernUniversität Hagen). Mr. Barsch completed a corresponding continuing education course at the FernUniversität Hagen on 09.04.2020. Mr. Barsch is a member of the German-Chinese Lawyers Association e. V. |
Damla Yağbasan
Lawyer for residence and economic criminal law as well as general criminal law. Ms. Yağbasan has been an associate attorney at Sangong Law Firm since 2021. She studied law at the University of Potsdam. She completed her legal clerkship at the Dresden Higher Regional Court. Her extraordinary commitment to support and help people brought her to Lesbos during her elective stop, where she advised refugees on asylum law issues for an international organization. In addition, she gained in-depth knowledge in the field of commercial law through her many years of work in international accounting firms. The economic understanding and entrepreneurial thinking that she has developed in this way is something she brings to bear profitably in her day-to-day advice to corporate clients. At Sangong Law Office, Ms. Yağbasan advises clients in the area of residence law as well as in the area of commercial criminal law and general criminal law. Ms. Yağbasan also heads the firm's Turkey Desk. Here, she advises Turkish companies on entering the German market and assists Turkish nationals with questions regarding obtaining a residence title in Germany in the context of employment as well as self-employment. Missyco Chong
Key Account Manager Ms. Chong majored in Human Resources at an early age in her hometown of Hong Kong, graduating with a Master of Science degree. The various skills she acquired in large companies such as TMF or Manpower contribute to a smooth coordination process and fast customer processing. The mediation of Chinese clients deeply motivates her in her work, in which she sees Sangong as a bridge between the Asian and Western worlds. She is fluent in German, English, Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese. |
