Mr. Barsch studied International law at the University of Potsdam and at the Renmin University in Beijing. After his first state examination, he deepened his knowledge in the legal department of Daimler Greater Co Ltd in Beijing, where he was trusted, among other responsibilities, with the foundation of enterprises.
After returning to Germany he focused on his clerkship at the district court of Potsdam, where he deepened his knowledge of economic crime law and business law regarding medium-sized companies. After graduating law school with his Second State Examination, he developed further knowledge at the legal department of Mercedes AMG, near Stuttgart, prior to founding Sangong Rechtsanwaltskanzlei.
Mr. Barsch is specialized in Immigration, Company and Business law. His initial focus was set on Chinese clients. Due to the success of his endeavors a growing number of German private clients and companies trust him with their needs.
In addition, he assists clients establishing their enterprises and entering the market successfully in Germany. Furthermore, he assists companies by taking care of their defense of bad claims and giving advice regarding possible legal risks. His experiences working both in major companies as well as in small private businesses strengthened his intention to be more than "just" a lawyer for his customers, he is set out to be a person of trust and reliance.
Mr. Barsch is also a legal lecturer since 2014. In addition in German and English speaking, Mr. Barsch is also proficient in Chinese.
Tax Advisor - Cooperation partner
Björn Wichert was born on 1978 in Berlin, with completion of a professional tax training at a tax consulting firm in Berlin-Charlottenburg. After he completed his training successfully, he has served for small enterprises in all tax matters for three years. Afterward he followed by a change, worked in a big tax consulting firm in north Berlin where were Mr. Wichert practiced his tax service for middle and big enterprises also economic issues.
Apart of his job, he further studied to become a tax expert, the program which he finished successfully in 2006.
In the same year, he began the preparation for the tax advisor exam. When he worked as a trainee, Mr. Wichert already had a wish to become a boss. After passing his tax advisor exam on 2007, Mr. Wichert established his own firm immediately.
He started Home-Office with two employees. In 2008, Mr. Wichert’s tax firm has founded successfully at Berlin-Spandau. The positive development has made on 2011 and it requested bigger office, so that the firm is taking place at current location in the old town of Spandau Berlin.
In addition, the focus of service to be carried out the tax advising from companies. Mr. Wichert advises companies from start-up to the handover to suitable successor.
Björn Wichert represents not only fiscal interests of his clients, also act as their economic companion.

Ms. Chong has graduated with a Master's degree of Human Resource Management in her hometown in Hong Kong, with extensive knowledge on business management.
Through working at major international firms for 5 years from 2010 to 2015 in Asia and Europe. Ms. Chong gained considerable insight on the working culture of major corporate and institutions. Her working experiences enable her understanding of Chinese and Western working culture and to provide the best to Sangong Rechtsanwaltskanzlei and its clients.
