Malte Barsch
Attorney for Immigration Law, Company Law, Business law and tax criminal law Specialized lawyer for migration law Certified tax criminal law advisor (FU Hagen) Mr. Barsch studied law at the University of Potsdam and Mandarin at Renmin University in Beijing, where he also attended selected law courses. He completed his legal clerkship at the regional court in Potsdam. After various work stays in Germany and China, Mr. Barsch set up his own law firm in 2015. He passionately advises on the topics of residence, corporate and white collar crime. His activities on criminal tax law and food law deserve special attention. With foresight, Mr. Barsch advises his clients of legal and economic risks in their business areas and at the same time shows solutions so that they can concentrate fully on their business. Mr. Barsch speaks German, English and Chinese. Mr. Barsch works as a lecturer in legal training. He offers a workshop at the DeutscheAnwaltAkademie for Lawyers on the subject of "Selbständigkeit von Ausländern, Antrag und Businessplan - Verfahren zur Erlangung einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis nach § 21 AufenthG / Entrepreneurship of foreigners, application and business plan - procedure for obtaining a residence permit according to § 21 Immigration Act (AufenthG)". In September 2018, Mr. Barsch successfully completed the migration law specialist course at the Deutsche Anwaltakademie. On July 30th, 2020 he was awarded the title of specialized lawyer for migration law by the Berlin Bar Association. Mr. Barsch is a certified tax criminal law advisor (FernUniversität Hagen). Mr. Barsch completed a corresponding further education course on April 9, 2020 at the Fernuniversität Hagen. Mr. Barsch is currently participating in a specialist tax law course at the Hagen Law School. |
Björn Wichert
Tax Advisor - Cooperation partner Björn Wichert was born on 1978 in Berlin, with completion of a professional tax training at a tax consulting firm in Berlin-Charlottenburg. After he completed his training successfully, he has served for small enterprises in all tax matters for three years. Afterward he followed by a change, worked in a big tax consulting firm in north Berlin where were Mr. Wichert practiced his tax service for middle and big enterprises also economic issues. Apart of his job, he further studied to become a tax expert, the program which he finished successfully in 2006. In the same year, he began the preparation for the tax advisor exam. When he worked as a trainee, Mr. Wichert already had a wish to become a boss. After passing his tax advisor exam on 2007, Mr. Wichert established his own firm immediately. He started Home-Office with two employees. In 2008, Mr. Wichert’s tax firm has founded successfully at Berlin-Spandau. The positive development has made on 2011 and it requested bigger office, so that the firm is taking place at current location in the old town of Spandau Berlin. In addition, the focus of service to be carried out the tax advising from companies. Mr. Wichert advises companies from start-up to the handover to suitable successor. Björn Wichert represents not only fiscal interests of his clients, also act as their economic companion. Mr. Björn Wichert speaks German and English. |
